Commentators at Reform’s conference at the weekend noted how much more smartly suited and booted attendees were than at previous gatherings – but one of the party’s councillors seems to prefer wearing far less.
Sarah Lang, who sits on Pontypool Council in South Wales, has become very tight-lipped about pictures which have emerged appearing to show her in various states of undress on adult websites under the name Princess Spyderlily.

Reform: where feminism goes to die
Lang, who first made the headlines in 2006 when she won a million pounds on little-remembered Ant and Dec game show PokerFace, went viral again last week when she was criticised for leading a community litter pick with her top cut open and lace bra on show. A Reform UK source told the website Nation.Cymru that several party members complained about the “inappropriate and unprofessional” footage.
But it turns out that was relatively demure for Lang, with a number of images under her pseudonym appearing to be available on several adult sites and with Nation.Cymru reporting an inactive OnlyFans account for the councillor under the same name.
Asked by WalesOnline about the snaps, Reform adopted their usual open approach to the media, with Lang, an elected local representative, saying “I’ve been told not to talk to journalists” and referring all calls to the party’s press office, who similarly have not commented. Why so coy?
